Hayachine soy sauce


 

This product uses domestically-grown soybeans, wheat from japan, and domestically-made salt. This natural-brew soy sauce is matured in barrels of Akita cedar for one year at normal temperature. Hayachine Reisui natural mineral water is used for this product. Free of chemical seasonings and alcohol. Available in the Fresh Squeeze Bottle that prevents oxidization caused by air entering in the bottle after opening.
Pour some over grilled fish, Japanese-style fluffy omelet, or steak, or use as a dipping sauce of sushi and sashimi.
